2010 Mercedes F1 GP kit

At the end of 2009 Daimler's Chairman, Dr. Dieter Zetsche, announced that they had bought the Brawn GP racing team. As a result, the 2010 season sees Mercedes entering Formula One again with its own works team for the first time in 55 years. The car itself brandishes the historic silver livery reminiscent of its glorious racing past. With the drivers Nico Rosberg (start number 4) alongside the seven-times World Champion Michael Schumacher and as such the world's most successful Formula One driver ever, an exclusively all-German team enters the 2010 season. A unique situation as never before have two German drivers driven for one Formula One team. Unfortunately, both drivers dampened the hopes of clinching the World Championship title at quite an early stage, but with 188 points after 17 races have nevertheless secured Mercedes a position among the top five teams.
