Articles available from stock (indicated on website) are sent out with the next batch on working days. GLS picks up the packages at GPworld from Monday till Friday at the end of the afternoon. If order is placed on working days before 3:00 PM it will still be included in the batch of that day.
Pre-orders for announced articles will be shipped the same day we receive them. If our delivery arrives too late and we simply cannot make it due to time constraints, your pre-order will be sent out the next working day. For orders consisting of several items, of which one or more item(s) is a pre-order, delivery will be made when the order is complete. If you would like to receive the item(s) which are already available, you can email a shipment request after you will receive payment instructions for the extra shipping costs for this (partial) delivery.
As soon as the packages have been collected at GPworld by GLS, the tracking code is provided by email.
For delivery, you can choose Flex Delivery which enables you to choose a different delivery address or to choose a parcel shop where you can pick up your package. This must be communicated before midnight. If no alternative delivery option is chosen, delivery will simply be made to the original specified address.
Please note! It is not possible to send to a PO box address.
Despite the fact that we do our best with secure packaging, it can happen that a scalemodel nevertheless experienced a lot of violence during transportation and arrives broken. You can send us an email with a notification (without photos) and we will send you further instructions.
